Maintenance and Support acts as an insurance policy protecting our customers’ investment today as well as into the future by providing incident support and software upgrades.
BridgeWays Support utilizes a globally-shared knowledge base to ensure that we have a complete profile and history of each of our clients throughout the life cycle of their implementation and use of our products. Through this, we can provide effective tracking of any issues reported or questions asked by our clients, ensure that issues are escalated to BridgeWays’ development and/or management teams through consistent, rules-based protocols, and notify our customers of changes in status directly or through e-mail notification.
Self Service Portal
The Self Service Portal allows our clients and partners direct access to:
- Knowledge base
- Online documentation,
- Log and Monitor the current status and historical information for support cases.
BridgeWays Support services are available to all customers who have a valid Maintenance and Support Agreement.
